Genesis is Finished...almost!

Last night was our last session of our Foundation Bible Series pilot of Genesis! It was a great time of reflecting what God has done in our lives through His Word. It was so amazing to hear how slowing down and really getting into God's Word ourselves has transformed many of these ladies' lives! I was overwhelmed with God's timing and grace.

We will begin the job of editing, formatting, and retyping (thankfully we have our wonderful husbands for many of these jobs!). We have 2-3 more groups who are interested in going through this study while it is still in its raw stage. Both Ginger and I were able to lead this first pilot group, but we are looking forward to the feedback from groups where we are not present.

If you are not familiar with Foundation Bible Series, please take a few moments to look under resources for a description. It's like no other Bible study out! So, take a minute to check it out. It should be completely ready for the fall...when we will be starting our pilot of John.

Please pray for us as we begin this next book. It is quite different than Genesis (obviously) and is posing new challenges as well. We pray that you and your women's group will be blessed by Foundation Bible Series...as it is simply a guide to encourage you to savor God's Word day by day!
